10 years!! EatDrinkVegan has been throwing THE biggest Vegan festival in Los Angeles for 10 years! Sadly, all things must come to an end and this year was their last year hosting this amazing vegan event. I had the chance to check it out this year, and loved it.

Eat Drink Vegan was held at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena. If you’ve ever been to a beer festival, or sampling event, like L.A Brew Fest you see some food trucks around where you can purchase food. Well think free beer sampling, plus free food sampling from delicious restaurants around Los Angeles. And yes, all strictly vegan! From vegan nachos (from Cena Vegan, my favorite Vegan restaurant) to cauliflower buffalo bites, and vegan pizza this festival had it all. Delicious food and beer tastings, the time flew by while I was having a blast at the Rose Bowl. Such a beautiful setting, with friendly staff and vendors, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Pasadena, it was my first time at this event and really hope it won’t be my last.

In L.A the vegan community has flourished and we now see more and more delicious vegan restaurants popping up. While I am not Vegan, I do enjoy vegan food from time to time, and greatly appreciate what the vegan community is doing. I know and understand that many of my followers, and people reading this, may not be vegan, and I’m not here to persuade you to become vegan. What I am trying to do by posting vegan food, reviewing vegan restaurants, and checking out these vegan events is show some love to the vegan community. Have a few people read this review, and see my post, and want to try this amazing food. And hey, you might enjoy it so much you’ll think about going vegan.
